Information and Pricing

We are an indoor doggy day care centre that provides a loving, safe, entertaining, and stimulating environment.

Hessey’s Hound Haven is a trading subsidiary charity for Halton Haven’s Hospice, generating funds from profits to provide free palliative to the community across Widnes, Runcorn and surrounding areas, as well as comprehensive support for the families of patients. We treat every dog as if they are our own.

Prices:

• Cost of one dog, per day £23
• a second dog, from the same household, will receive £5 off the total price
• a third dog, from the same household, will receive £10 off the total price

Van Pick-up / Drop-off

• There is a £5 charge for both pick-up and drop-off services, or a £3 charge for a single trip.  

Payment method

• We ask all of our customers to pay up-front at the time of booking. At least one week in advance.  
• Any walk-ups will be asked to tap and pay, on arrival
• Regular customers, with regular days are advised to set up a standing order with a unique customer reference number, that we will provide. Please speak to Jess Hessey to ask for your reference number.

How to book

All customers are asked to book at least one week in advance. You will be asked to pay up-front. Failure to pay, will result in your slot being offered to another customer.

Any cancellations, and your account will be credited 

Any leavers with a credit amount will be refunded, following normal refund procedures 

Hessey’s Hound Haven is a Trading Subsidiary to Halton Haven Hospice, a registered charity, providing free palliative care to the residents of Halton. This means your money goes to supporting this Hospice and giving the best quality of care possible to its patients.
