Doggy Day Care

Many of our patients are pet lovers. Coming to the Hospice often left them with the dilemma of what to do with their dogs for the day and so the idea of Hessey’s Hound Haven was born. 

It’s a doggy day care centre that prides itself on going that extra mile – just like the Hospice. All of the profits from this business are used to support the Hospice.

The centre is open Monday – Friday and there is also capacity to have your pooch picked up and dropped off.  Space for this is limited and must be booked in advanced.

With a maximum of 25 dogs, per day, our clients enjoy dogtopia whilst absent from their owners. With lots of fun and engaging activities such as agility, games, snuffle mats and snooze time.

‘Ivory loves going to daycare at Hesseys Hound Haven.  Jess and the staff have brought her on leaps & bounds with her confidence & her anxiety at being separated from myself. We also like that by sending Ivory to doggy daycare, we are also helping to support Halton Haven’
