If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, treatment or visit please do speak to a member of staff as we would like to try to put things right for you as soon as possible.

If you are not happy with that please read our Complaints Policy below and it will tell you what to do and how to make a formal complaint.  This will not affect your treatment and we will always try to improve on our performance.  We always welcome the opportunity to improve our performance.
