Christmas Tree Collections raised a huge £10,000 for hospice

January 2022 saw over 800 Christmas trees across Halton and surrounding areas booked for collection and recycling organised by Halton Haven Hospice.

We work with national charity Just Helping to organise Christmas tree collections and together with support from volunteers and this year Frontline Couriers we coordinated and collected hundreds of trees in January in return for donations to the hospice.  

Collecting the trees not only takes away the hassle of disposing of them after the Christmas festivities but the fact that the trees are then recycled which is good for the environment and it also raises funds for the hospice to continue providing incredible care to those living with terminal illness in our local community means it’s a win – win!

The 2022 Christmas tree collection raised over £10,000 for the patients and families Halton Haven Hospice care for, a great start to the new year.
