Retail outlets

We have 3 retail charity shops located in Runcorn, Frodsham and Widnes and a charming gift shop situated onsite in beautiful woodland at the back of our Hospice for our patients and visitors to explore and enjoy.

We collect and accept donations and sell our pre-loved items back to our local communities.  All the money raised from our shops contribute towards caring for local patients in need of the special care that we provide.

Gift Aid

When you donate any goods we will (request) you to sign a ‘gift aid’ declaration if you are a UK tax payer. This means that we can claim back tax from the government equates to an extra 25% on the sale price.  Please give an extra 5  minutes to complete this form, you will be issued with a donor number which you can then produce each time you donate.

Through the support of our wonderful volunteers and staff and the generosity of our local communities, our charity shops recycle or re-sell anything from furniture, books and clothes to electrical goods, homeware, children’s accessories and toys.  Feel free to drop your donation into any of our 3 retail charity shops (during opening hours only, please do not leave goods outside of our shops) or we can arrange collection of larger items by calling 0151 420 42 42.  We are always in need of good quality donations and so we would welcome you to call and discuss any items that you feel we may be able to raise funds against.

We adhere to current regulations by only selling CE marked toys, furniture with fire labels and we also PAT test our electricals.
