Christmas tree collection

Avoid the hassle of getting rid of your Christmas tree and let Halton Haven do it for you!

This January, Halton Haven and a team of volunteers will collect your real Christmas tree from your home in return for a donation to the Hospice.

Simply register your tree collection before Tuesday 8th January and we will pick up your real Christmas tree from you on Thursday 10th or Friday 11th January.

Christmas tree collection registrations will open on Thursday 15th November and close at 1pm on Tuesday 8th January.

Help from our friends

This Christmas we are working with our friends at Display Team who will be picking up the trees, the amazing St Michael’s School in Widnes where your trees will be stored for a while, and the wonderful Treebor who will chip all the trees for us once they’ve all been collected.

Postcode areas

Halton Haven and our volunteers will be picking up trees from WA6, WA7, WA8 and parts of WA4 postcode areas. Other Hospices may be running Christmas tree collections outside of these areas.
